There are many methods in which you can brand your Promotional Product. We’ve assembled a helpful list below to describe some of the options available:

Pad Printing

 
 
   
Benefits:

     • Low cost.
     • Ability to print curved surfaces.

Limitations:

     • Small print space.
     • Additional colours add some cost.
     • Half tones are difficult to achieve.

Pad printing is one of the most practical and popular ways of branding promotional products due to its ability to reproduce images on uneven or curved surfaces and print multiple colours in a single pass.

Screen Printing

 
 
   
Benefits:

     • Larger print space.
     • Can print onto textiles.

Limitations:

     • Additional colours add some cost.
     • Half tones are too difficult to achieve.
 
Screen-printing has the ability to produce strong vibrant spot or process prints on woven textile products at high production rates resulting in low per unit costs.

Engraving

 
 
   
Benefits:

     • Permanent branding method.
     • Looks high quality

Limitations:

     • Multicolours not possible.
     • Some products don't engrave well, can be too subtle.
 
It is ideal for metal and glass items and because it is a digital process can be used for personalising products with individual names.

Embroidery

 
 
   
Benefits:

     • No extra cost for multi-coloured logos.
     • Colourfast will not fade.

Limitations:

     • Very small text not possible.
 
Embroidery is a great way to brand items. It has a high perceived value and a quality look.

Resin Branding

 
 
   
Benefits:

     • Full colour nice raised resin finish.

Limitations:

     • Only for flat smooth surfaces.
 
Vinyl labels are resin coated which produces a very durable weather proof label that is almost indestructible.

Digital

 
 
   
Benefits:

     • Full colour print with a high resolution.

Limitations:

     • Only available on some products.
     • Unable to perfectly match PMS colours in most cases.
 
One big advantage of digital printing is that products can be printed with a layer of white ink underneath making it ideal for branding dark coloured products.

Benefits:

     • Full colour print.

Limitations:

     • Unable to perfectly match PMS colours in most cases.
 
This process can reproduce stunning, vivid, full colour graphics.

Benefits:

     • Gives a high quality look and feel.

Limitations:

     • Works best on leather. One colour only.
 
Embossing gives a high quality look and lasts forever. It cannot rub or scratch off.
